OECC is committed to the effective implementation of Health, Safety and Environment Activities pertaining to construction with commitment to:

• Provide a healthy work environment for all employees to conduct their roles and responsibilities.
• Provide required HSE training to all employees to understand Hazards and the risk of work sites.
• Ensure a safe work place for employees and associated with OECC at site.
• Protect the environment by minimizing the impact of day to day activities related to project construction.
• Foster a workplace environment where continual improvement and lesion learning are embraced by all employees.
• Abide by all rules and regulation of Sultanate of Oman related to HSE.
• Monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) performance by Audit, inspectionand Management review with the active participation of all employees.

• Setting objective, Target to achieve continual improvement and goal zero targets.
• Measuring, reviewing and reporting HSE performances.
